Summermist Standard Poodles, Sheila and John Fowler (hereinafter referred to as Summermist^©®) have the right to refuse to sell any Poodle or Poodle Puppy at any time and during the negotiation. Until a written Sales Agreement has been signed by all interested parties, any Poodle or Poodle puppy is the sole property of Summermist^©® in compliance with purebred animal sales conducted by purebred canine breeders and other AKC Breeder’s of Merit. Further, all companion sales are marked for "LIMITED" registration in agreement with standards in the industry and the AKC to control unwanted and unnecessary breeding. Clients wanting a breeding Poodle must execute a Breeder Sales Agreement. A LIMITED sales Poodle can be granted full registration, but a separate Breeder’s Agreement must be executed to prevent abuse of our breeding reputation, lack of necessary breed testing and the sales of companion Poodles without breeding restriction. This prevents unreputable breeders from skipping testing and/or showing and going right into a puppy mill approach tarnishing the name of Summermist^©®, the AKC and purebred breeders everywhere.

DEPOSITS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE.  Deposits reserve a place on our waiting list and are applied to the sale price at the time the written Sales Agreement is signed by the Buyer/Adoptee.  The acceptance of a deposit places buyer on the list of sold kittens or Standard Poodles and any other interested parties at that time are declined.  Should buyer then choose to decline the sale, that leaves Summermist^©® without a home for that kitten or Standard Poodle and that deposit is forfeit unless that buyer requests to move the deposit to a future litter.  If the reserved Bengal kitten or Standard Poodle becomes unavailable for sale due to no fault of Summermist^©®, your deposit will be applied toward another Bengal kitten or Standard Poodle litter which may be in the same or a different Summermist^©® bred litter.  In the event the Bengal Kitten or Bengal Cat or Standard Poodle under consideration by a Buyer is chosen by Summermist^©® as pick-of-litter or otherwise withdrawn from sale, Summermist^©® will refund the Buyer’s deposit at the sole discretion of Summermist^©®.

The photographs, pictures, graphics, explanations, descriptions, show wins, Logos and wording on this web site are the sole property of Summermist^©® Standard Poodles, John & Sheila Fowler and is referred to herein as PROPERTY.  This PROPERTY is the sole creation of Summermist^©® developed for the benefit of Summermist^©® and is not available to other users, businesses or individuals without the written authorization of Summermist^©®.  Our Articles may be shared if and only if displayed with full credit given to Summermist^©® authorship.
